A Character Performer is a trained entertainer who brings beloved fairytale characters to life! They stay in character throughout your event while also greeting guests, leading games, posing for photos, and even performing songs from their character’s world. Our performers combine acting, singing, and interactive storytelling to create an experience that feels straight out of a movie.
Yes! If inclement weather arises and you’re unable to move the event indoors, you may reschedule for another date. If no new date can be arranged, you’ll receive a full refund.
We ask that you please give at least one week's notice! Events booked in less time may be subject to a rush fee.
Upon receiving your booking confirmation, you will be prompted to submit a deposit equal to 50% of the total event cost. The remaining balance is due no later than one day prior to the event. Clients also have the option to pay the full balance upfront, if preferred.

Yes we do. Tips are not required but they are greatly appreciated. We accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
We serve Salisbury, NC as well as surrounding cities. We will travel at most 60 miles for an event. If your event is located more than 60 miles away, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss availability and travel accommodations. Please note that all parties booked more than 25 miles from 28144 are subject to a travel fee.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests. If we’re unable to find a new date that works, you’ll receive a refund. Cancellations are not accepted.
A travel fee of $0.70 per mile (round trip) will apply to events located beyond 25 miles from ZIP code 28144. As an example, an event 35 miles from 28144 would result in a $14 travel fee.
No. Photo and video consent is completely optional. Upon filling out the party form, families may choose to allow, limit, or decline photos and videos entirely. Consent can be updated or withdrawn at any time. Declining photo consent will never affect the quality or experience of your event.
